Reduced project procurement costs with a 45% reduction in Windows infrastructure costs and project deployment time-frames going from one month to 3 days; Developed and managed IT processes required for the Nabisco transformation and Kraft IPO initiatives in partnership with Corporate Legal and Kraft Financial business units, the initial stock offering was over $5B and Nabisco increased revenues over $10B; Developed and implemented the Infrastructure Operations Center Workforce Transformation working with senior level executives to transition technical infrastructure teams, staff, system management and service management.
