    I work at the intersection of strategy, revenue, and operations, helping organizations scale by building clear structures, strong processes, and outcome-driven systems. Currently, I lead Revenue and Operations, where I partner closely with the Founders to translate vision into execution. My focus is on driving org-wide clarity defining ownership, setting up metrics, improving delivery, and enabling teams to operate with discipline and accountability. I spend a significant amount of time solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems that require end-to-end thinking, data-backed decisions, and long-term orientation. My background spans product management, marketing, consulting, and engineering, across startups and global organizations including Amazon, Ford Motor Company, and early-stage ventures. This mix has shaped how I approach problems balancing customer impact, operational feasibility, and business outcomes. Across roles, I have: Built and scaled revenue and operating frameworks Designed processes, metrics, and governance cadence for cross-functional teams Led change initiatives focused on efficiency, adoption, and performance Worked across geographies and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution Taken ownership of critical decisions with both short- and long-term impact in mind I enjoy working with people who value clarity over chaos, depth over noise, and execution over intent.
