  • As the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Director, I manage the daily operations of the ASC, including budget preparations; materials management; training and supervising all staff members; purchasing agent of all medical equipment; direct patient flow; manage all aspects of the physical plant; Hazard Communicator Officer for OSHA related items; equipment procurement; development all Policies and Procedures.
