Varma(TRF), Dr. Rajesh Sharma and shri Vipin Mishra who were the other members of the team.Co authored a Work Book on Limnology published under financial support from MOEF, Govt of India by Dr. A.D.   1990-1993, Worked as Scientist at M. P. Pollution Control Board at Regional Office, Bhopal and subsequently worked on Water & Air Pollution Monitoring.1994-2003: In charge of Air Pollution Monitoring work at the Regional Office, Indore, and conducted several surveys on the various aspects of Air Pollution. 1994-98: Surveyed the Air Pollution Potential of over 200 Pulse mills of Indore, and also succeeded in installation of Air Pollution Control arrangement popularly called “Dust Collector” in over 98% milling units.2003 : Started working on Bio- Medical Waste Management & Hazardous Waste Management and played effective role in establishment of Common Bio -Medical Waste Treatment & Disposal Facility at Bhopal.2005-2008: Worked as Sub Regional Officer at Mandideep Industrial Area near Bhopal involving the enforcement of Pollution Control Laws.2008 – 2009: Worked as Chief Chemist & Lab. in-charge of the Regional Laboratory, M. P. Pollution Control Board, Indore, independently looking after the Pollution monitoring in 08 (eight) districts of Indore division Sept’2009 – 2010 : Worked as Chief Chemist (R & D ) and Officer in-charge of The Central Laboratory, and Emergency Response Centre, M. P. Pollution Control Board, Bhopal. Besides leading a team of 5 Scientist and 7 analysts was responsible for supervision of two bio remediation projects going on at the Central Laboratory of MPPCB, Bhopal. The Central Laboratory is recognised under EP Act by Ministry of Environment & Forest,Government of India and has sophisticated iquipmentation required for Environmental Research.Since Sept’2010 Working as Chief Chemist (Monitoring ) and Officer in-charge of Emergency Response Centre, M. P. Pollution Control Board, BhopalAlso worked as Worked as Project Officer in the Man & Biosphere Project on Eutrophicational Limnology of three Central indian waterbodies under guidance of Professor A.D.Adoni.
