  As office leader is my responsibility the supervision of the optimal results of each area in the office, as HR, administration, marketing and the technical areas formed by 24 people. My objectives demand the increases of profits of the company through enhancing the sales, reduction of operating costs and the reinforcement of the corporate identity of the employees and clients. As appraisal manager is my responsibility the optimal development of the appraisal team (DF-MTY offices), focusing in customer needs through a culture of continuous improvement, the supervision and execution of multiple projects, development of long term relationships with clients and the R&D of new services based in market needs.My profile follows the complete cycle of Levin services, in both commercial and technical activities including the prospection of new clients, proposals development, organizational diagnostics and execution of tangible assets appraisals for different purposes as reporting for local and international financial statements, transfer pricing, insurances, mergers and acquisitions among others.
