With the responsibility of managing 47 staff members, I am deeply involved in resolving both customer and staff issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.My involvement extends to the administrative aspect, as I am responsible for generating pay slips for the staff, overseeing their welfare, and addressing any concerns that may arise. Additionally, I take charge of sourcing potential candidates through diverse channels such as social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), as well as popular job portals like Indeed, Work India, Naukri etcetera. Utilizing my network, I also tap into references to identify suitable talent for the organization.My role encompasses the entire recruitment process, starting from candidate screening and conducting interviews to reference and background checks. I play a crucial part in clarifying job roles and responsibilities to candidates, addressing their queries, and conducting telephonic interviews to assess their suitability. Following this, I shortlist candidates after face-to-face interviews, and ensure that they are adequately informed and trained before they commence their responsibilities.My commitment to both the managerial and recruitment aspects demonstrates my versatility and dedication to upholding the operational efficiency, as well as ensuring the acquisition of exceptional talent to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
