Achievements include: • Commissioned a system to enable KPI consistency and interfaced with existing SAP systems.• Migrated 1,500 job cards to the SAP system and established schedule for reworks.• Planned/led four fabric maintenance shutdowns collaborating with trades to a strict timeline.• Led planning and scheduling work programme 18 months in advance.• Created/implemented 12 month running scheme ensuring fluid work programme and no pay-offs.• Passed all internal and external audits.
