    I am a Human Resource Coordinator for a growing company called MacBid. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Butler County Community College. In addition, I have acquired my Associate Professional of Human Resources certification. My education and certification have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle various aspects of Human Resources. During my time at McDonald’s as a Assistant General Manager I have learned how to effectively lead and motivate small and medium sized teams, conduct interviews and orientations, create schedules and budgets, and oversee labor costs and staffing. I also have completed a two-month internship at Lifesteps, Inc., where I gained valuable experience in employee benefits, surveys, orientation materials, and ADP system. I am passionate about developing people and improving the culture and performance of my workplace. I am looking forward to developing my skills in the Human Resources, Payroll and accounting departments at MacBid to make myself a more well rounded professional.

      I have worked at McDonald's for 11 years and have been a manager for 7 years. I have gained knowledge on how to manage small and medium sized groups. Also, I have experience in conducting interviews and orientations. In Addition, I create schedules for over 60 employees at the restaurant and this has helped me learn about labor costs and properly staffing the restaurant. In June 2018 I took on a upper management role and have learned many valuable management duties. As a top manager I teach the lower managers valuable things to help make them a better manager.
