  Team lead and deputy Head of Research Unit "Cognitive Service Systems". Team lead and head of a large-scale strategic project that coordinates work from various business units of the institute and makes it accessible to SMEs. Against the backdrop of the digital transformation, the Business Innovation Engineering Center focuses on cross-cutting fields of "business model innovation", "organisation and leadership" as well as focus topics "smart products and services", "artificial intelligence", "digital technologies" and " interconnected value creation". Accquisition, management and implementation of research and consulting projects in close collaboration with companies and research organizations. As part of the team "Service Business Innovation", my research focus laid on the Development of Smart Services and Digital Business Models as well as Quality Evaluations in Service Systems. As part of the competence team "Service Management" I carried out research for the EU-project EPISIS (European policies and instruments to support service innovation).
