  Lindiwe Radebe believes that every interaction should leave a meaningful impact. She holds that it is everyone's responsibility to make lasting, positive connections. Lindiwe is convinced that true fulfillment comes from pursuing one's purpose in life. Outside of her academic administration career, she is passionate about issues affecting women and youth, skill development and empowerment. Ms. Radebe brings extensive experience and expertise in higher education, in student academic administration, with 15 years of dedicated service in various roles within this field. She possesses a robust academic background, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from the University of Cape Town, a BCom Degree from Unisa, a Project Management Certificate from Wits Business School, a Short Course Certificate in Finance for Non-Financial Managers, and Certificate in First Line Management from the University of Cape Town. Currently, she is pursuing an MCom Degree in Leadership Studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.Ms. Radebe's extensive experience includes positions as Administrator, Administrative Officer, Principal Faculty Officer, Academic Services Manager, Undergraduate Manager, and currently, Deputy Faculty Manager. These roles were held at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the University of Cape Town, with the last two at the University of Cape Town. She has significantly contributed to university governance by servicing on faculty boards and accreditation committees.Over the past 3years at the University of Cape Town, Ms. Radebe has shown exceptional leadership in managing complex academic administration projects. As Undergraduate Manager, she has played a crucial role as faculty representative in onboarding first-year and returning students registration via program enrolment, and blank shopping cart.Her strong advocacy for system integration and automation of business processes aligns with the University's commitment to innovation and excellence.
