      Completely redesigned the steering system and tie-rod connector design after 3D analysis for our school's current SAE Mini Baja Car. The redesigned front end showed vastly improved cornering ability and driving characteristics. I also developed a mathematical half car 4 DoF suspension model in simulink to model the effects of nonlinear air shocks; the results from this model were used to tune the suspension of the Mini Baja car to better handle obstacle climbing.

      • Overhauled system for updating and propagating changes through thousands of part configurations, producing significant time savings and reduced error rates.• Capstone project involved creating a user-friendly tool that calculated required bolt torques based on factors such as lubrication, bolt material, substrate material, bolt type, presence of nuts, etc. Met multiple times with engineers and assembly techs to revise the standard to meet both parties’ needs.

      ComEd 2022 Clutch Performer Resource Innovations Feb 2023 Received in recognition of my work helping Resource Innovations and ComEd hit their yearly targets for electricity and gas reduction as part of the monitoring-based commissioning project. Managed 13 separate MBCx programs across two hospital networks in order to identify and implement low-cost energy savings opportunties.
    • Awarded to Tyler Moore
      ComEd MBCx Project of the Year Resource Innovations Feb 2023 Received in recognition for managing the ComEd project in 2022 with the highest annual savings under the MBCx program. Implemented and verified over 3.4 GWh and 250,000 therms in utility savings for Rush University Medical Center.
