This allows users to launch applications from SharePoint without having the applications installed locally on their machines. • Developed and deployed custom SharePoint Features.   Although my official title was changed to IT Project Manager in July 2024, I actually started this role in August 2023 in addition to my role as a full-time Project Manager at Intrinsic Clinical Systems. ProPharma Group was the parent company of Intrinsic Clinical Systems and requested my services as a part-time Project Manager for the organization’s newly formed tech-enablement and AI team called Prodigy. The role was converted from part-time to full-time in July of this year. Led the project management of a highly skilled development team tasked with creating automation applications, search applications, medical writing applications, and AI-assisted applications for the organization. Gathered requirements from business stakeholders, coordinated the development, testing, and GxP validation of applications. Facilitated meetings with cross-functional teams, reported directly to executive board members, and was a key member of the AI Governance Committee. Managed and implemented security for a Power BI reports project that pulled data from STDM and ADaM datasets. Applications developed by the Prodigy team have generated over $11M in the past year via gained efficiencies, value-added consulting services, and new customer engagements. Show less
