  The Young CEO Development Programme (YCDP) is a development programme by Axiata Group Berhad, aimed at moulding young Malaysians to be the CEOs of tomorrow. The 2-year programme incorporates Axiata competencies in the form of four annual residential 'Boot Camps' to equip participants with both interpersonal and leadership skills needed to become world-class corporate leaders. Boot Camp 1 (24th - 30th June 2019)Boot Camp 1 focused on Service Innovation and Product Innovation, comprising two business challenges. Prior to the challenges, I was exposed to Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Customer Journey Canvas, SWAT & PESTEL Analysis, PORTER 5 Forces and Context Map Canvas. Show less Axiata Graduate Programme is an 18 months programme which involves four rotations within various operating companies (OpCo's) within Axiata Group Berhad.1st Rotation (Jan - Mar 2019) - YoodoCampaign AnalystHarnessed data analytics related to campaign performances to determine incremental ARPU, acquisition and retention rate among subscribers.2nd Rotation (Apr - June 2019) - Celcom AxiataIoT Product Owner and MarketingExecuted a 2-months testing phase involving 20 Celcom staff for Smart Home products. I organised a training session for the Smart Home company to demonstrate the products to the testers. The testing phase required me to prepare a trial and non-disclosure agreement. Upon commencement of the testing phase, I prepared several feedback forms for the testers. They were required to provide feedback regarding the user experience journey for each Smart Home Product. I was the product owner for the Android TV Box project. My first task was to liaise with the finance team to determine the profitability of this project. Based on their feedback, I had to restructure the go-to-market strategy. This effort included exploring a potential collaboration with an international content partner. Additionally, I had to prepare a detailed project timeline besides identifying potential bottlenecks. I was also involved in a face-to-face meeting with a potential vendor from China. The meeting involved a technical discussion, price negotiation and logistics handling. 3rd Rotation (July - December 2019) - Cost Excellence@Axiata Corporate CentreSales and MarketingEvaluated the opportunities and risks at markets with Axiata footprints such as Malaysia (Celcom), Indonesia (XL), Cambodia (Smart), Sri Lanka (Dialog), Nepal (Ncell) and Bangladesh (Robi). This task included an analysis of each company's financial performance over the past 7/8 quarters.
