At EB I was giving the unique opportunity to present my research in front of some of the leading physiologist around the world. I was also able to listen to these brilliant doctors talk about the field and their current projects.

They are committed to giving each child the best chance for survival and quality of life including its family.In 2019 I performed extensive research and was able to present my work on the Volumetric Diffusive Respirator (VDR-4) machine at the WFPICCS in Singapore. This work was groundbreaking because I was able to use this machine to help save lives and fight numerous life threatening diseases. Show less

  Most Speech & Debate tournaments, camps and leagues charge hefty registration fees and tuitions. Because we believe that everyone should have access to this activity regardless of financial means, the BDL instead operates on a sliding scale, and we will never turn a student away because of inability to pay. Additionally, the BDL aims to build pipelines of leadership for high school students and alumni looking to give back to the Speech & Debate community. At the Brooklyn Debate League, students:+explore topics from multiple perspectives and learn how to articulate where they stand+gain confidence in public speaking and argumentation+cultivate radical empathy, empowering them to analyze issues that they feel passionate about +learn from decorated alumni who have been nationally recognized for their Speech & Debate skills Show less
