  My contract is with Infotech. I am working in OLMRTS as a Field Engineer. My role is the maintenance of Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) machines and to ensure that the token related operation runs smoothly. Following are some details: - To ensure no fault occurs in ticket issuing machines and automatic gate machine. These machines are called Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) machines. - If fault occurs, then troubleshooting the fault and finding the exact cause of that fault and removing that fault. -Keeping track of these faults and report to the supervisor. - Routine physical inspection of server rack, UPS dedicated to AFC machines and report back to the supervisor if there is any fault in UPS or server rack.
