This included extensive work with our Raiser's Edge donor database. As a result of our corporate restructuring and downsizing, my position was eliminated as of December 4, 2020 I have been tasked to focus on data architecture, integrity, synchronization and governance across all departments and databases. Having unified, coherent, well-defined and understood data sets are essential to enable us to use this data to monitor quality and make decisions. I am helping the leadership and staff at Bethesda see the power of analytically assessing our programs and using data driven goals. I oversee our corporate use of the Raiser's Edge database and am working to transform our usage to a comprehensive, corporate-wide customer relations management system. I am creating a system to help Bethesda see, understand and use data more effectively in making decisions, setting priorities and evaluating the success of our work. I was responsible for overseeing the Raiser's Edge database, gift entry staff, planned giving program and provided resources and training for the fundraising field staff.
