      Mr. Sullivan joined MassDOT in 1995 as an entry level civil engineer in their Hydraulic Division. He had responsibilities to perform hydrologic and hydraulic studies on a variety of transportation projects, including storm water management, drainage design, floodplain assessment, stream stability analysis and bridge scour assessment. He became fluent in a variety of hydraulic modeling software. While at MassDOT, he spent half his time as a project expeditor, managing the consultant designs of a variety of bridge projects, roadways projects and highway rest area projects. Show less
