  The Resource Centre on Climate Change and Sustainability Education and Practices at Sri SriUniversity is a result of long felt need to create a think-and-do tank platform to engage with policy-makers, industry leaders, businesses, NGOs, media, students and academic scholars to find and implement collaborative solutions and innovations to deal with climate change and hence work towards a sustainable world order. This is the largest faculty of my university having 750+ students at UG, PG and PhD levels. I represent faculty outside the university and undertake outreach and networking for the purposes of internships and placements for students and projects and MDPs for faculty members. After taking up the Deanship, I took several innovative initiatives to strengthen the teaching-learning and research process at MBA level by revising curriculum as per the global and industry standards; starting Global Lecture Series with renowned foreign professors and experts; organising national level conclaves, workshops and conferences; developing capacity of students through need analysis and professional skills training and developing institutional networks in India and the world.
