  On Sabbatical

  Honeywell closed their Albuquerque site at the end of 2019. I decided to take the severance package and seek out other employment opportunities within the Albuquerque area. I had been looking for opportunities while on severance, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and while on unemployment. I also used this time to explore opportunities outside my core work experience, help with remote learning of my grandchildren, do volunteer work, catch up on reading, and take long walks.
