      Coordinated all work from the design, development, Sales, and IT staff, all while continuing my existing design duties and the supervision of one student intern. - Coordinated and designed a student housing catalog that featured hundreds of local properties and was distributed to over 35,000 Davis residents.- Created print and web projects to support our varied client base consistently under both tight deadlines and limited budgets including over 15 websites, several print brochures, and even two billboards.

      - Led several redesigns of the UC Davis homesite, the latest of which won a People's Voice Webby Award and resulted in a 100.2% increase in users, 75% increase in page views, and a 228% increase in page views for our key demo, primarily by restructuring information architecture, user experience and content design.- Created the first university-wide digital design system and collaborated with other design leaders on campus to refresh the campus brand.- Created a design-forward web experience showcasing UC Davis research which won several industry awards, elevating the university and leading to more investment in the web unit of our department.- Led the digital design community on campus, co-chair of the mobile design initiative and leader of the Web Workers group. The site receives 650,000 visits and over 2.5 million unique page views annually.- Completed several targeted marketing projects including a web video, Facebook fan page and print profile to attract nonresident students that helped to nearly double the applicant pool of that population.- Over almost 5 years, created hundreds of marketing materials ranging from web portals, rich format e-mails and powerpoint presentations to calendars, postcards, and information catalogs that were distributed nationwide to thousands of prospective students.- During recruitment season, traveled to high schools and college fairs across the country to communicate the marketing message of the department.       Webby People's Voice Winner Websites and Mobile Sites School/University Webby Awards Apr 2022 This award meant a lot, considering the difficulties myself and my team had redesigning the UC Davis homesite during a pandemic, short-staffed and working with a notoriously finicky CMS. I personally grinded to get my design and UX changes approved and implemented, and it was rewarding to complete the project and to be recognized.
