  Performed detailed study of different Airfoils (e.g. NACA 4415, 0018) and compared the results with experimental results with achieving less than 10% error using ANSYS-CFX and ANSYS-Fluent.Generated Mesh in ANSYS-ICEM and performed 1D and 3D transient simulation of complete wind tunnel and rotating horizontal axis wind turbine by using GGI (Graphic Grid Interface) method in ANSYS-CFX.Compared the numerical results with experimental results performed in the wind tunnel of 4m width and has a test-section with a cross-section of 1.6 m x 1.6 m and achieved very good agreement.   Performed parametrized 1D and 3D CFD numerical simulation of passive cooling system (with fins) installed in gearless Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine (+10MW) to increase the efficiency and lifetime of materials used in the generator (Coils). ICEM and ANSYS Meshing tools have been used for meshing and CFX and Fluent have been used for Numerical Simulations including the rotating domains in Workbench.

  Designing of the cooling concepts of Electrical Machines and Drive systems used in automobiles by performing Moving Particle-Based fluid simulations by using Particleworks and validation of the software by comparing the results with experimental and conventional CFD simulation results performing in ANSYS-Fluent.Gear drive system has been numerically investigated using ANSYS-Fluent for different oil's viscosities to study the lubrication, HTC and churning losses.ANSYS has been used to design the cooling system of PMSM machine and power switches using water jackets and double sided cooling plates respectively.Performing of FEM-Thermal analysis in ANSYS-Mechanical/ANSYS-Workbench using the mapped HTC data from Particlework’s simulation.Furthermore, the analysis of results, making presentations and reports, and development of the software “Particleworks” using C++.
