Before that, directed a team of project analysts, ensuring all projects financial compliance and performance. Responsible for interfaces with industrial partners and five participating industrial units on four continents. In charge of work coordination of Project Core Team and functional interfaces. Local representative in Poland for a Freight Wagons Product Business Unit headquartered in Salzgitter, Germany.

  Responsible for a portfolio of projects for Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and Valley Transit Authority (VTA), also in charge of supporting offers development for the Clients. In charge of all aspects of program execution. Repaired dire relationships with Customers, re-baselined schedules, put together compensation claims to recover prior losses, trained and developed a deputy PM to take over responsibilities. Responsible for a light rail vehicles selective systems overhaul program worth $150M. In charge of all aspects of project execution. Despite staffing shortages and existing business processes inefficiencies, managed to maintain project budget and schedule, while significantly increasing its value through negotiated change orders.
