Ensure the adherence and understanding by all contributors of Management decisions. -Set-up a Recurring Costs reporting in cooperation with Function and Programme. Notably secure improved circularity between Wip, CoS and Period Costs. -Produce the P&L bridges and analysis (plan-to-plan, year on year…) and provide the indirect and direct cash of the Airbus 5 years plan. Elaborate the Balance sheet accordingly.-As responsible of the AOP working capital production, provide assistance in monitoring of Inventory management and work as focal point for Treasury.
