  Creative and financial responsibility for all multimedia output at Holiday Extras. Responsible for branded video content, chiefly the Holiday Extras Travel Guides YouTube channel, and then later, branded video on Facebook. The role involves; raising funding, looking after budgets, content reach projections & target setting, content strategy, script writing & research, filming, editing and reporting. People manager for the multimedia team. Keeping editing & shooting responsibilities but now with additional people management for newer members of the team. I create video content and look after all photography for Holiday Extras. I help edit the scripts, create all the pre-production material, shoot the video, edit the video and publish to the web. I also look after sound for the video and compose, perform and record bespoke music for Holiday Extras' video content. Writing & editing copy but also some video and image work. Also included training and mentoring new employees. Writing and editing copy for the Holiday Extras, also some image work.
