Maintained a 92% client retention rate until the company was sold to the Ginn Development Company in 2005. In-house service specialties included all vessel system repairs, maintenance, installations, survey compliance, refits and owner represented yacht sales for SHYM clients.

  Directed all Ginn Marine operations with marina and vessel related management. Created Marina, dock and storage construction bid packages with material procurement, utilized by the Ginn parent company, its marina properties and related property owners throughout the Southeastern U.S., Bahamas and St. Thomas, USVI.   Directed the Florida East Coast service, re-fits, sales support and production warranty coordination for in-house Hinckley and Hunt Yacht builds throughout the Florida East Coast, Bahamas and Puerto Rico. Coordinated new yacht commissioning, factory delivery logistics, quality inspections, client sea trials & vessel training, and 24/7 after sales support. Was awarded the Army Corp. of Engineers service contract on their new survey vessel, the Florida II.

Received accolades from Progressive's Corp Construction Division for my on schedule completion of project performed while tenant spaces were occupied. Effective team leader while successfully collaborating with clientele, architects, engineers, contractors, county/municipalities, suppliers and Fisher superintendents and Service Department.
