      Customer Service Representative

      I worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland within the Mortgage Contact Centre for 1 year. This role was very fast moving, due to the nature of the inbound calls. All queries relating to mortgages, therefore no two calls were the same. Which allowed me to think on my feet and build up an extensive knowledge of the product.

      Currently I work as a Customer Success Associate within Mercer. The job I do is very exciting and fast paced meaning I speak to lots of new people from all different job levels and backgrounds on a daily basis. As part of my role I assist employees with queries they have regarding their benefits or the wellness portal. As part of my role I have a portfolio of clients. As a client champion I take part in Zoom conferences, look at the queries, obtain the data and manipulate. I then report on my findings/trends in the form and present to my seniors/client. Show less At the moment I am currently doing a secondment as part of my role in Mercer. My job is split into to 50/50 Customer Success Associate and Marketing Executive. During my time within the Marketing department at Mercer I have taken part in the following. • I was part of a mentoring programme with one of the members of the Marketing team. Doing this allowed me to have an introduction into the team here at Mercer, and see what their day to day role consists of.• I completed a 4-week digital marking course. Taking part in this course enabled me to enhance me understanding of the role of a Marketing Executive.• I have been solely responsible for campaigns for the last 10 months.
