  During my 10 year career at Deloitte, I rose through the ranks from a Staff Consultant in the Corporate Tax Department to a Senior Consultant, Manager and then Senior Manager in the Multi-state Tax Practice. Areas of focus included state tax compliance, corporate restructuring, and credits and incentives.Key Achievements: • One of a select few chosen to participate in a two and a half year rotation in the Deloitte National Management Development Program designed to develop leadership and specialized technical skills. Served as Chief of Staff to the Partner-In-Charge for the Total State Tax Solutions (TS) 2 practice, a national practice of 100 people, and managed $48 million in project revenues and billing.• Reduced client state income tax liabilities in upwards of $5 million annually through the use of corporate reorganizations and formation of limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations.• Participated in a one year rotation focused on driving the marketing and sales efforts for a $25 million practice.• Managed a 200 state tax return compliance engagement resulting from a Federal audit.
