  Together with two classmates, I spent five weeks immersed in a castle in the south of France, where Condor was based at the time. Our assignment was to design an innovative product under a confidentiality agreement, and we were directly managed by the CEO of CONDOR (formerly AABAM). Our work involved using mechanical and structural modeling applied to medical devices.

  As part of an R&D agreement between my former French Engineering School, IMT Mines Alès, and the Caterham Competition race team, I joined a high-performing team of three students tasked with redesigning Caterham's car chassis for their new monocoque chassis, destined for a new category of electric racing cars.

  Engineer Internship in Tribology at Drivelines Team

  During my first six-month fellowship, I developed a brand-new method for measuring thin film thickness of lubricant in an Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication regime (measurements were made at the nano-scale to understand the elastic behavior of nanoparticles). Additionally, I improved a three-dimensional analysis of the contact zone using dynamic imaging systems.

  During my second six-month fellowship, I conducted a study on the feasibility and methods for using Artificial Intelligence to optimize complex heat exchanger architecture by combining topology optimization, finite element analysis, and computational fluid dynamics within a single algorithm. The construction of such a compact and highly effective heat exchanger was made possible only through the use of metal additive manufacturing (Metal 3D-Printing).
