  Definition of the Test Strategy and implementation of HP Quality Center tuned for the context.

  In this mission, the goal was to deal with people unfamiliar with testing tools and formal processes. Thanks to managerial support and the involvement of highly motivated people in pilot projects, the results were:- the definition of the testing process with tools to be used by French and Indian SDS teams (Service Delivery Systems)- the testing process and tool set-up- the upskilling of more than 50 people within the framework of the training programme- the automation of metrics and indicators for process follow-up Voir moins

  In this position, my time is split into 3 main activities:1) Audit of different Orange Group subsidiaries and suppliers against the efficiency of their test activities and organisations. 2) Support to large projects in France and abroad on the implementation of the testing processes, methods and tools3) Management of testing training courses for Orange Group. The challenge here was to improve the efficiency of test activities for large IT projects involving different Orange Group subsidiaries . Thanks to the involvement of the right people, I managed:- the definition of the process, methods and tools to be used for software testing within Group IT (France, Spain, Poland, UK, Orange Business Services)- the implementation of the process in the different countries, including training courses, consulting and project support
