  - JOB Responsibilities.- Participate in plant Master Start-Up of 120,000 BPSD Refinery, Shutdown activities, equipment commissioning (Steam flushing, Water flushing, Nitrogen purging, Punch listing).- Verifying the line up as built through P & ID’s, Equipment Inspections & involve in Pre-Commissioning and commissioning activities.- Inspection of Columns, Furnaces, Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Pumps and plant piping.- Working Experience of Refinery Equipments like Heaters, Reactors, Pumps, Compressors, and Exchangers, Furnace.- Responsible for smooth and safe operation of plant along with strict compliance of safety measures and Standard Operating Procedure.- Shift management i.e work order, production reports, logs reports and job execution under permit to work system.- Co-ordination with Maintenance crew for routine and non-routine maintenance activities.- Co-ordination with Quality Control laboratory for analysis and taking corrective action of unit parameters.- Ensuring dosing of process chemicals and optimization of dosing rates.
