      Leading Lean Six Sigma, Performance Management, Business Performance Analytics and Operations Assurance and Compliance group for PSE&G. Operationalized the Business Performance Analytics at PSEG Long Island to monitor and report on key performance metrics contained in the Operating Services Agreement with LIPA. For both firms, our group runs a benchmarking peer panel and best practices symposium, where utilities covering more than 90 million customers nationwide share best practices on critical topics. Through our benchmarking we validate Operational Excellence though comparisons to peers and utilize the benchmarking in our annual target setting. Our continuous improvement efforts leverage our benchmarks and best practices and utilize LSS and other continuous improvement methods to close gaps to our desired performance levels.
