  In 2013 VWFS AG announced its intent to enter the South African Market by forming its own captive finance company in partnership with Wesbank. I was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions' team that initiated negotiations, scoped the business from an operational perspective and managed the start up project. The business was launched in March 2014 where I assumed the role of Head of Sales and Operations.
