      Core Responsibilities: Lead & Develop the HR team – Leads, coaches, and develops all HR team members.Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding - Oversees the recruitment, selection, and onboarding and preparing them to become productive contributors. Training & Development – Oversee training and development initiatives to ensure they are effective.People & Organizational Assessments – Oversee all people and organizational assessments to ensure smooth implementation. Analyze data and develop follow-up strategies as needed. Compensation & Benefits – In coordination with the finance team, the HR Manager will update the Telunas salary scale each year and lead/facilitate decisions on all salary adjustments from supervisors on down through the organization.Legal Compliance – Oversees all employee contract extensions, transitions, and exits to ensure legal compliance and a smooth/effective process.HR Budget & Finances – Submit a draft HR budget each year. Oversee HR expenses to ensure effective use of company resources.Administrative - collaborate with the HOD and Admin/Finance team related to scheduling, annual leave and overtime. Ensure HR related documentation such as SOP, Policies are aligned and updated to support organizational needs.Communication and Care - continuously maintain good communication with employees and Telunas community and be available should any team member or staff needs support.
