Oversee HR expenses to ensure effective use of company resources.Administrative - collaborate with the HOD and Admin/Finance team related to scheduling, annual leave and overtime. Ensure HR related documentation such as SOP, Policies are aligned and updated to support organizational needs.Communication and Care - continuously maintain good communication with employees and Telunas community and be available should any team member or staff needs support.
