      Perform all archiving and documentation related activities within the Analytical Sciences department of Sanofi Pasteur Toronto including: • Maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards on all documentation including the review of GDP (Good Documentation Practices) in all archived logbooks, log sheets, laboratory notebooks and data binders • Issuance of Laboratory Notebooks, Log books and Log sheets for technician use in laboratory testing and maintenance using GEODE+ and GDMS systems • Update various Excel and physical inventories to track any newly issued, loaned or missing items of documentation • Ensure that all physical inventories displaying newly issued or archived documentation are reviewed and signed off on a monthly basis. Track any missed reviews of laboratory testing logs and initiate GMP deviation processes as necessary • Issue and print controlled copies of various GMP related forms for employees of the Analytical Sciences department followed by continued audit trail tracking including noting usage and performing form reconciliation • Compile and systematise all documents needing archival using alphanumeric system and perform routine/annual reconciliation of all newly archived items • Retrieve documents from archives as necessary per requests of staff • Coordinate and document monthly GMP cleaning of archiving room• Act as SME (Subject Mater Expert) for tours of archiving room during audits; Prepare and retrieve documentation for internal and external audits as necessary• Founder and coordinator of Outstretch, a student-led monthly eBulletin for Sanofi Pasteur Toronto where students author articles pertaining to relevant news in the scientific community, personal achievement and interests, networking and staff connections, as well as coverage of student activities (please see examples of 2021 editions above) Show less
