  Perform all archiving and documentation related activities within the Analytical Sciences department of Sanofi Pasteur Toronto including: • Maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards on all documentation including the review of GDP (Good Documentation Practices) in all archived logbooks, log sheets, laboratory notebooks and data binders • Issuance of Laboratory Notebooks, Log books and Log sheets for technician use in laboratory testing and maintenance using GEODE+ and GDMS systems • Update various Excel and physical inventories to track any newly issued, loaned or missing items of documentation • Ensure that all physical inventories displaying newly issued or archived documentation are reviewed and signed off on a monthly basis.
