   To assist Project Services & Continuous Improvement Team data collection, tabulation, analysis and maintaining appropriate records of the yearly 4-Year Plan, Business Plan, Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, etc. in consultation with relevant technical and financial units to ensure planning cycle deadlines of Head Quarters are met. To verify and control the project schedules for ongoing activities submitted by the contractors and perform continuous monitoring of the actual progress to highlight any pending delays/slippages. To ensure the timely approval of the COFs and Purchase Requisitions in the SAP workflow and ensure that the requests are in order with respect to the AFE assignment, approved budgets, availability of funds and overall relevant attributes. To prepare and update on a regular basis, a cost monitoring database for the ongoing activities and highlight any/impending overruns in a timely manner for the immediate remedial action. To assist in collecting data and finalizing the respective annual budgets for JV Partners. To assist in reviewing the Technical Department accruals to record the value of work done for different activities/projects. To develop and maintain database of expenditure against AFEs/JV Budgets. To provide assistance in generating & distributing integrated planning and cost reports in timely manner. To ensure that all required data for direct input to investment proposals and long term plans regarding Capex and Opex is accurate and readily available.
