Mar 2018 - Jan 2022After becoming an Area Sales Supervisor, I was challenged to become a Big Bike Supervisor. Big Bike is a motorcycle with a large engine capacity (more than 500cc). Becoming a Big Bike Supervisor has more challenges where I am required to manage everything, from sales to after-sales service. My coverage area covers all of Eastern Indonesia. So I have to reach all areas and customer needs in Eastern Indonesia. I have a competitor with a brand that has become a legend in the motorcycle world. I analyze how competitors move and provide more value to their customers. I created a One Stop Shopping project for my customers. I provide various needs for spare parts modifications and touring needs. All customers can be met without having to be hard to find. In addition, I created a project to cut the distribution time of units and spare parts so that delivery lead times can be reduced and motorcycle service needs can be resolved immediately. As a result, I succeeded increase Honda Big Bike market share through high achievement on sales and services. I achieved 22% sales growth & 15% market share growth in Eastern Indonesia. I also maintain strong engagement to customer, communities, and companies. I create and organize Big Bike activity: 5 Big Bike touring, 6 gathering, and 2 exhibition. In the end, I managed to make Honda Big Bike win absolute market share in Eastern Indonesia. Show less After becoming an Area Sales Supervisor in West Sulawesi, I had the opportunity to become an area sales supervisor for Luwu Raya, which has a bigger and more challenging market. I forecast sales by analyzing market and competitor activity in Luwu Raya. Luwu Raya's coverage area is from Luwu Regency to North Toraja in South Sulawesi. During the pandemic, I created a new project to activate dealer social media usage as a sales promotion which is live broadcast on Instagram and Facebook. I asked dealers to go live on Instagram and Facebook to promote discount programs and products. This promotion was successful because many people were active at home while watching and were interested in the product being promoted. I achieved 46% sales growth & 3% market share growth along with initiating 2 sales point in Luwu Raya. Also I create strategy to open a 2 new dealer network in Luwu Raya. I create and organize 1 big event and 2 exhibition in Luwu Raya. I made Honda win market share in Luwu Raya. Show less My main task in West Sulawesi is to increase sales and win market share. I make a lot of strategies and do a lot of activities against competitors. I forecast sales by analyzing market and competitor activity in West Sulawesi. I also created a project to increase sales through a motorcycle modification project. This project is to provide modifications to standard motorcycles and sell them in limited quantities. It was very attractive and sold out in an instant. This project succeeded in raising the awareness of many people on the Honda brand in West Sulawesi and had a good effect on sales. I achieved 32% sales growth & 11% market share growth along with initiating 1 new dealer & 8 sales point in West Sulawesi. Also I create strategy to open a 8 new dealer network in West Sulawesi. I create and organize 4 big event and 8 exhibition in West Sulawesi. In the end, I managed to win absolute market share for Honda in West Sulawesi. Show less
