Chen Nov 2016 The Data and Knowledge Engineering Best Paper Award was established in 2016 by Elsevier and the Editor-in-chief, Professor Peter P. Chen, in order to highlight the most successful paper published previously. The award is given to the best paper published in 2013 as selected by a committee of experts.
