  Manages a group of senior technical service representatives who are responsible for trending and analysis of potential product issues. Oversee a group of technical service representatives who handle the daily calls and digital communications of our sales team and customers. Developed next generation of a leading clearcoat by refining the formula and ensuring it passed all necessary testing to make it to production. Provided formulation experience as well as development experience to push the project towards completion and production. Here I performed work to qualify new materials, helped with plant support for various product lines, as well as helped with complexity reduction within the department. I also served at the Site chair for United Way along with being a certified ISO9001:2015 auditor. I started the position assisting with work involving automotive clear coats. I then moved onto a project working with graphene performing work which included: grinding, dispersing, formulating, spraying, and testing. After that, I began working on improving the appearance of waterborne primer by use of formulation, application and testing before being hired full time in the Architectural Finishes Department.
