With a strong focus on customer experience and brand engagement, Loucos por Coxinha has become a standout name in the food industry, capturing people's hearts (and taste buds).My journey at Loucos por Coxinha was a true mix of challenges, learning, and a whole lot of passion! I started as a Social Media Manager, taking care of all social media platforms, interacting with the audience, managing comments, direct messages, FAQs, and institutional communications. It was amazing to see how every like, comment, and share helped strengthen the connection between the brand and its fans.After a year of dedication and results, I was promoted to Marketing Supervisor. In this new phase, I dove headfirst into creative campaigns, partner negotiations, visual identity (ID) management, launch planning, franchise expansion, and technological innovation. As an Account Manager, I served as a strategic bridge between operations and the agency’s expansive vision. My responsibilities included: - Account and performance management: Developing analytical reports, crafting tailored advertising campaigns, and leading marketing planning sessions aligned with client goals and performance metrics. - Cross-functional leadership: Coordinating multidisciplinary creative teams, including videographers, scriptwriters, and designers, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality project delivery. - Audiovisual production direction: Overseeing commercial video shoots as a director, guiding narratives from concept to completion while maintaining technical excellence and creative impact. - Growth infrastructure: Actively contributing to internal process optimization and scalable strategies, positioning the company for sustainable expansion and market leadership. My ability to communicate technical details clearly safeguarded lives and prevented crises from escalating. Recognition followed swiftly: for **three consecutive months**, I ranked among the **top 3 responders**, leading both in volume of resolved cases and quality ratings.
