General Body Shop: • Assisting in repairing and fabricating vehicle body components. • Learning and applying various welding techniques for automotive structures like MAG welding, Resistance Spot, projection and stud welding processes . • Collaborating with skilled technicians to ensure quality workmanship. 2. Chassis Shop: • Gaining expertise in specifically in MAG welding chassis components for vehicles. • Assisting in the assembly and repair of chassis systems and basic maintenance of welding torches. • Ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards in chassis welding. 3. Tractor Shop: • Welding and repairing components of tractors and agricultural machinery. • Gained the hands on experience on sheet metal gas brazing on fuel tanks, MAG welding on heavy frames as well as drilling operation of tractor front member axles . • Understanding and implementing welding procedures specific to tractor systems. 4. Fabrication Shop: • Participating in the fabrication of metal structures and components. • Mastering welding techniques for diverse fabrication projects. • Working with a team to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.Throughout the apprenticeship, I have received comprehensive training, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of welding applications. My role was contribute to the efficient operation of each shop, and developing a strong foundation in welding skills within the context of specific automotive and fabrication environments. Show less
