I gained an extensive amount of experience that made me who I am today. First I started in sales and through observation I started to understand exactly how the business worked. After a couple months I was moved to a research analyst position. I started out reviewing hundreds of Business Contracts, Debt Collections, Loan Modifications, Commercial/Residential Mortgage Foreclosures, Commercial Tenant Evictions, Bankruptcy Filings, Trademark Filings, Copyright Filings, and Immigration Filings. The two positions helped me to understand the client side as well as the service side. After excelling in both positions the upper management asked me to take on a management position. Once I became Director of Business Development my duties Consisted of keeping the sales team fresh, ever evolving marketing strategies, compliance issues, contract drafting, handling upset client's, managing financials, provide new business development techniques, and manage day to day operations. Feb 2012 - Jul 2015Chief Executive OfficerIt all started when we stumbled upon a solution. Many people identify starting a company by identifying the problem. In this case we identified a solution that needed innovation, this is what led to the founding of LegallyLink. Our innovation came from the technology we developed, which includes complex automation systems that utilizes customer responses to generate a document based on specific customer input. Our interactive legal documents are generated by our customers through our dynamic online processes. LegallyLink provides the customer with the ability to be able to simply sign up through our website and obtain access to our Document Library, which allows you to browse over 1,000 legal document templates (ex. NDA, Independent Contractor Agreement). The process works by answering a few questions that fill in the contract. Afterwards the customer can electronically sign it, invite a friend to sign it, or sign it via email.Currently, LegallyLink is working on providing actual attorney advice through via our online platform, which gives the customer an option of live streaming video sessions or phone calls. We understand that there are times you need a lawyer and we are addressing this problem by creating a network where our customers can connect with experienced attorneys. While many solo attorneys and small law firms maintain their own websites, and other websites aggregate attorney listings or feature attorney advertisements, these attorney and firm websites, online directories, and online advertisements generally do little to assure that small businesses and consumers receive the quality, customer care and value they deserve.My responsibilities include controlling and managing the day to day operations and functions of the company. Now that it's finished I have to monitor and make updates on a weekly basis. I also plan and prepare all Str8winner's marketing strategies. Oct 2014 - Aug 2015Regional Retail Sales ManagerI started my solar journey with Solarcity as an Energy Consultant, where I went Door to Door. After 6 months with the company I was promoted to a Senior Retail Energy Consultant. A few after that I was promoted to a Regional Retail Sales Manager. The promotion was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. The retail channel in Solarcity is fairly new, which provided me with an opportunity to improve on certain area's of the retail sales channel. That being said, I created a directory for all the retail locations throughout the US. This directory allowed VP's and sales representatives to view the following: each location's schedule, location specific information, allowed sales consultants to report daily numbers, provided training specific to retail, and allowed upper management to easily interpret data. I built this platform on an opensource platform that Solarcity used for other purposes. Corporate adopted some of the functionality, but not everything. We where able to take the New Jersey retail market from 2 Retail Locations to 15 Locations in 8 months. Now I over see the day to day responsibilities for the entire New Jersey Retail Department. Responsibilities include staffing 10 different retail locations with talented Energy Consultants. Training these consultants to understand the sales process from start to finish. I do this by constantly working with them, going to their appointments, and much more. In addition, I created the scheduling structure. The schedule is constantly being changed and updated. I have come to understand that the most important responsibility is creating a team culture that will produce results. Show less
