  In conjunction with my other roles I worked at various entertainment venues as a Door Supervisor. My role was to ensure that all visitors were safe and that the licensing laws/rules for the venues were adhered to.I also worked at several large festivals in the South of England including V- Fest and both Isle of Wight festivals. My role was to Patrol an agreed area of the site to ensure that all visitors were safe and to respond to any emergency or Security issue that arose.

  I was responsible for the scheduling of officers shifts across various manned guarding sites, coordinating all annual leave, ordering uniform & stationary and ensuring all officers pay roll was correct. I ensured that all officers met the SIA legislation requirements and that recruitment levels were met in regards to site and relief officers. I identified training needs and arranged relevant courses, ensuring our officers were fully trained for the sites they were manning.
