      My responsibility was to take care of a whole range of services, accessories a spare parts portfolio for all of the company's products sold. I had to deal with present suppliers as well as to have alternatives for original parts.With my team of about ten buyers, I have prepared and finalized all supply contracts (binding price lists, delivery terms, warranties, shipping, etc.). I have set up the terms of cooperation for the next period, I led strategic negotiations with major foreign suppliers of garden and pool techniques. I was also responsible for the stock management of spare parts and accessories with a total turnover of about CZK 100 million a year and a team of warehouses.Every year, I fulfilled a demanding plan of increasing sales and sales of spare parts and accessories, and every year I made a reduction in the purchase prices of most commodities.
