  As a Project Research Associate at the Centre for Disaster and Health, which falls under the ECDRM division of the National Institute of Disaster Management in New Delhi, I coordinate and manage various projects related to disaster management and health. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met, and I develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets. Additionally, I conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports to communicate project progress and results to stakeholders. I also develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies.One of my primary responsibilities is supporting the development of the disaster management plan of the Ministry of Ayush, and I assist in its implementation. I am proud to be making a positive impact on public health through this work.With a bachelor's degree in public health and over two years of experience in project management and research, I possess strong organizational and project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in the world.It is an honor to be a part of the National Institute of Disaster Management and to contribute to improving disaster management and public health through my work at the Centre for Disaster and Health.
