  I'm a Mom of 4 beautiful kids. Oh, and I love CrossFit. I love it, live it, breathe it, drink it, eat it, believe it, and oh, did I mention, I love it?! I have seen the amazing results of CrossFit. After years of doing "CrossFit"​ type training, I earned CrossFit L1 Trainer, CrossFit Olympic Lift, CrossFit Gymnastics, and CrossFit Kids to bring to my clients and started the process to open "Kettle Moraine CrossFit"​. As the owner and Head Trainer at Kettle Moraine CrossFit, I translate my knowledge and experience into coaching a class full of individuals at all different skill levels and abilities. My passion is to introduce endurance, skill, benchmark or strength WOD's in a clear and concise presentation. Oh yeah, and have a ton of fun along the way!!
