As the Regional Application Team Leader I am responsible for coordinating and planning all software development that occurs within North America. I lead a team of 5 other individuals to deliver cost effective and quality software solutions that meet the needs of the business. As an Application Analyst I was responsible for supporting any software applications that existed within the region. This included bug fixes, enhancements and new application development.
