  2021 - 2022, Volume Consumption Management initiative: I am currently leading this multi-annual internal project. The objective is to provide a unique global process to collect, consolidate and share data around volume consumption, including financial translation of GO product and services by AXA entities but also internally through cross-contribution for projection (budget & forecast) and real consumption and amounts (actuals). Starting with a quick win approach, a more stable tool is putting in place to be compliant to GO Architecture and GO Data Office principles. The target operating model has been designed with workgroup members covering Product Management, Account Management, Pricing Management and Finance budget and costing activities.Wave 1 GO Global ProductsWave 2 Native cloudI also contribued to other transversal topics as AXA GO Forward program (internal reorganization) and supported Workplace and Network transformation around request/demand management.As of Oct'22, Volume Consumption Management is embedded in a more global Engagement framework for which I also contribute to define Demand Management, taking the lead of this project squad.2019 - 2020, Business driven & Product organization initiative: I was leading this initiative.Several key processes have been delivered or updated as Product Portfolio Management, Product Catalog Management and Product Lifecycle Management, but also the merge of formal ATS & AGS catalog of products with AXA GO Global Products Catalogue and the interactions with GO financials process and tools and harmonization of pricing model.I also contribued to other transversal topics as AXA GO Forward program (internal reorganization).
