  As an Associate Manager at MRO, I oversee our on demand service team that assists with the short term, long term and/or permanent projects for our clients. One of our current projects includes Quality Assurance on our Auto Retrieval technology that is utilized on Risk Adjustments requests. This technology makes it possible to fulfill medical records request and ship them to requesters with little to no human intervention. My daily responsibilities also include creating and presenting reports to share with stakeholders, managing our online database (ROI Online) to ensure all projects remain within TAT as well as connect with my team to promote a positive and productive environment.
