  Diagnosed motors for both DC direct drive and straight drive, set up machines and made sure the industrial plant was running within the plants manufacturer specifications. Made sure all RTU Units as well as makeup air was working and when down made appropriate fixes to keep systems online. Was a specialty job as plastic was being cooled using a cooling tower which had it's pipeline running in conjunction with the machinery.

  The company is a very good place to work at other than some things I would do differently as far as communication: is set a more clear protocol in place for new workers as the service manager is not very involved in his team and expects too high of a bar as to how he wants things done. Just be sure to hear or record when things are being explained as I did not and results for me were being laid off. But an awesome company and the pay rate is reasonable.
