  My ability to interpret complex and often changing requirements for major change initiatives, coupled with a commitment to effective communication and outcomes focused project management, has resulted in the successful completion, and often extension, of my assigned projects. During much of the past 10 years I have been a Mango embedded resource at BHP, as a Project Training Manager for several information management (IM) system rollouts, the design and implementation of the Integrated Remote Operations Centre (IROC) Orientation Program, and the governance of controlled documentation. More recently as a Mango Principal Consultant, I have managed several change projects for Sinopec, Total Oil and Gas, Serco, Department of Education, Water Corp and Department of Fire and Emergency Services as well as been a key facilitator of programs for HBF Friendlies Pharmacy, QANTAS and Department of Health.I have used my communication, business analysis, change and project management skills to deal with a range of challenging stakeholder engagements, overcoming resistance and implementing pragmatic solutions that clients have been able to sustain.
